"I truly cannot think of the “right” words to describe how I felt last night after seeing the performance nor how I still feel. I have never seen anything like TILT. What I saw last night is right up there with the first time I saw Time Square (right at dusk, coming up out of the subway from Queens) or the first time I saw the Atlantic Ocean, or the first time I saw the Cathedral in Mexico City. It was the most beautiful experience and I will forever be grateful that I had the opportunity to have been there for it." - Flagstaff Mayor Coral Evans
"Thank you all for putting on such an amazing show! When had moments to reflect, I would find myself in deep self inquiry, often with goosebumps and near tears. Such beautiful and thought provoking work you all have been so generous to share with our community! Thank you a million times for so profoundly tilting our perspective!" Chris Latham
“Tilt was unlike anything I had ever seen before. It was an ambitious production that moved the audience through a number of stages in downtown Flagstaff — from the exterior walls of the SunWest building, through an alley, into the intimate spaces of the Monte Vista hotel, and finally onto the roof of the hotel. The performance invited the audience to examine assumptions and the ways in which we are cruel to ourselves. The performance was powerful and I loved the ways in which the performers used the streets of Flagstaff as a stage, allowing the general public an opportunity to experience the high-flying beauty of the harness dancers on the building and dangling from a crane high above the Monte Vista."
